despatch operations — all designed to support high-volume throughput and
efficient logistics.
Ancillary areas of the building included the main reception, boardrooms, canteen, welfare facilities, and storerooms.
Cooper Homewood’s design included Air
Source heat pumps serving heating and hot water, 100kW PV with capacity for
future expansion and VRF heating and cooling system Heat recovery on all
central ventilation plant
