Cooper Homewood were appointed to
undertake Phases 1 and 2 of the masterplan. These phases comprised
approximately 800 apartments across six residential blocks, as well as a
community centre, site offices, a marketing suite, and several restaurants and
retail units.
As part of the wider infrastructure
strategy, Cooper Homewood also designed the development’s central energy
centre. This facility was engineered to support a phased roll-out of low- and
zero-carbon technologies, with the capacity to serve up to 3,000 homes across
future phases of the scheme. The energy strategy reflected a commitment to
long-term sustainability, future-proofing the site for evolving regulatory
standards and environmental targets.
