Cooper Homewood were appointed to
provide comprehensive lighting design services for the project, covering RIBA
Stages 2 to 4.
Cooper Homewood’s role included
developing concept lighting proposals, conducting detailed 3D lighting
simulations using DIAlux, and producing coordinated technical documentation for
a wide range of interior spaces.
These included the cinema, vodka bar, ballroom, swimming pool, reception rooms, master suite, and multiple en-suite bedrooms.
Working closely with the client and
interior design team, Cooper Homewood delivered a fully integrated lighting
strategy that balanced aesthetic vision with performance, compliance, and
control requirements.
