The centrepiece of the proposed development was a large ‘community hub’ building, consisting of a café, gym, multi-function rooms, and changing facilities.

Significant improvements were also made to the Alpine Snowsports Centre, including the addition of a new ski lodge featuring a reception area and party rooms.

Cooper Homewood's appointment commenced at RIBA Stage 3 and included the complete design of the MEP services and site-wide infrastructure.

Supplementary services also included external lighting design associated with the pedestrian routes and running track.
The scope also extended to energy modelling and various assessments to support the BREEAM certification.
